- The privilege supporting listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other MIA material may be subject to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the MIA Member Card Club Website, the membership newsletters, e-news and other media.
- Admission into venue is not guaranteed. Dress code is strictly enforced.
- Membership card is not valid during special events.
- MIA will not be held responsible for any transactions, disputes or similar nature resulting from membership card usage.
- Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through registration for the MIA Member Card membership, a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agrees to be bound by them.
- MIA reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time if it is suspected that the membership is being abused or operated fraudulently. Fraud or abuse concerning MIA membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by MIA.
- Only one name per card is allowed; the membership card may not be altered, tampered or modified in any manner.
- MIA will not be responsible for any lost or stolen membership cards.
