• Mia at Biscayne uses the information gathered from visitors to send out informational newsletters and messages about upcoming events. Mia does not share its mailing list with third parties, advertisers, sponsors, or partners.
• Mia reserves the right to deny admission to any and all events, free or paid. There may be a surcharge at the door for any given event, on any given day.
• Appropriate attire is required: no sneakers or open-toe shoes. Button-down shirt or semi-formal wear is recommended. If an event was paid for in advance, and you are denied admission due to innapropriate dress code or conduct, refunds will not be granted.
• No drugs, alcohol, outside food or drinks allowed. If you require special assistance such as wheel chair or special aid while in attendance, please contact us in advance so we can arrange any special services as required. No solicitation or marketeers are allowed at Mia.
